Szenes András (Genf):Enumerative P=W and the Bethe Ansatz

In this lecture, I will explain an elementary way to approach the P=W conjecture of DeCataldo, Hausel and Migliorini on the structure of the cohomology of the moduli specs of Higgs bundles, and its relationship  to the theory of integrable systems.
