Lovász and Wigderson to share the Abel Prize

The Award Ceremony took place at 3pm CEST on May 25 as an online event. The ceremony honoured both the winners of 2020, Hillel Furstenberg and Gregory Margulis, and the winners of 2021, Avi Wigderson and László Lovász.

 

 

The Abel lectures were held at 3pm CEST on May 26 as an online event. Both the winners of 2020, Hillel Furstenberg and Gregory Margulis, and the winners of 2021, Avi Wigderson and László Lovász, gave their Abel lectures.
